- Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice without charge.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable but adjustable against treatment within 30 days.
- Unused package sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within [ ] days of purchase, less sessions used at standard rates; thereafter they may be transferred to another treatment of equal value.
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
