Is BioSlate a hospital or a salon?
Neither. BioSlate is a medical aesthetic and lifestyle clinic. Every treatment is prescribed and supervised by a doctor, but the environment is designed to be calm, private and unhurried.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly.
Are the treatments painful?
Most are comfortable or mildly uncomfortable at most. Where needed, numbing cream or cooling is used. Your doctor will explain what to expect for each treatment.
Are results permanent?
Some are (fat cells removed by cryolipolysis do not return); others require maintenance (injectables, skin treatments). Weight outcomes depend on the habits built during the programme. We will always tell you which category a treatment falls into.
Is it safe for Indian skin?
Yes, when the right technology and settings are used. All our laser and light devices are selected and calibrated for darker skin types.
Can I combine treatments?
Often, and frequently with better results. Your doctor will sequence them safely.
Do you treat men?

What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most aesthetic procedures and weight medications are deferred during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Nutrition and wellness support is available throughout.
How is my data protected?
Your health records and photographs are stored securely, used only for your care, and never shared without your explicit consent, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
